US Territory Sales Executive
Job Description
We're looking to expand our successful sales team by adding additional US Territory Reps in the eastern and mid-west US territories. Working from their office, Territory Reps are focused on selling the Q4 product suite to public companies of all sizes. We're looking for experienced individuals who have worked at competitors like Thomson/NASDAQ selling products similar to Q4. Compensation includes competitive base salary plus a generous commission structure with high earning potential. Also includes extensive health case coverage. (We're a Canadian company so we'll treat you right!)

Inside Sales Rep
As a Inside Sales Rep you will work closely with an assigned (highly experienced) territory sales director who will lead your team. Your role will be to work with marketing generated leads or identified prospects to coordinate meetings for the territory director. You will attend sales calls/meetings and be responsible for follow up and internal procurement of information required.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working with Salesforce (our CRM), calling prospects, and working closely with their territory director to support and help maximize closed deals. You will share in the success of your team through a commission on total team sales.
The role is best suited for driven, sales focused individuals that work well within small teams and on their own. The role is perfect for those willing to work hard and get paid well for doing it.
Job Duties
- ​Calling prospects and qualifying for sales calls with territory director
- Attending sales calls/meetings, following up with materials
- Managing CRM data and generating reports for prospect campaigns
- Generating and following up on proposals
- Managing sales collateral and updating as new information becomes available
- Facilitating IT due diligence, procurement/legal requirements
- Other duties to be assigned

Intermediate Software Developer
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Intermediate ASP.NET / MVC Developer to fill a full-time permanent position and work on an exciting web app with a fast-paced, creative software agile team. Q4 has grown quickly into a dominant force in the corporate website and mobile market over the last few years. We've done this by iterating at fast pace and delivering marketable value to our client base quickly. We create our products using agile principles with a one-week sprint iteration. Our teams are small and focused with a focus on collaboration, paired coding and weekly retrospectives.
Our weekly company wide demo showcases the product work being completed and is highly visible to all departments and the senior management team. We work quickly to ensure new features and functionality are leveraged by our sales teams and put into the market as soon as possible.

Our Technology
Our primary stack is .NET although we use a broad array of other technologies to deliver our products. We use C# and ASP.NET on the server, SQL Server as our main datastore, and Memcache for caching. We have our own API, which uses LESS and JSON. For our mobile apps we use Sencha and PhoneGap. We are looking for people who can learn new techniques and bring solid experience to the table. The ability to write clear code that is readable as well as testable is essential to this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Creates detailed software specifications, based on requirements
- Utilizes in-depth development, technical and design expertise in .NET, ASO.NET/MVC, C#, and SQL-Server
- Estimates development tasks based on the appropriate business constraints
- Reviews and validates implementations of self and others to ensure they meet requirements and match the specifications
- Enforces and evolves software development standards and best practices
Desired Skills & Experience
- 5+ years professional experience in all stages of definition, design, implementation, testing and deployment of web-based software solutions
- 3+ years of professional experience in all of the following tools/technologies: ASP.NET, C#, MVC, WCF, SQL Server and client-side technologies
- Hands on experience using testing frameworks (ie. NUnit, Visual Studio, xUnit, etc) and TDD
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and pays attention to programming style and neatness
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Familiar with Agile (Scrum) Software Development Process and methodologies
- Bachelor degree or higher
